FEAT-BRND · Multi-Brand Architecture

Multi-Brand Sender Identity & Domain Isolation

Run multiple distinct product lines, subsidiaries, or agency client accounts within a single unified workspace. Each brand owns its sender mailboxes, custom CNAME tracking domains, and daily dispatch priorities.

Cross-Brand Contamination

Shared Domain Reputation Risk

When an enterprise sends cold outreach for multiple business units from one pool of domains, an aggressive campaign in one division can drag down deliverability for the entire company.

Agency Overhead

Account Juggling Chaos

Agencies managing cold outreach for multiple clients traditionally log in and out of 10 different platforms every day. SiSender centralizes all brands under one secure tenant with isolated sender identities.

Third-Party Tracking Traps

Generic Tracking Subdomains

Using shared tracking links (e.g. track.generic-tool.com) alerts spam filters immediately. Each brand requires a bespoke, verified CNAME record pointing to its own corporate domain.

Isolation Architecture

How SiSender Enforces Brand Separation

Step 01

Brand Provisioning

Create a brand entity (e.g. "SiSender Enterprise UK" or "Verity Life Sciences"). Set the default timezone, dispatch priority score, and daily volume cap.

Step 02

CNAME Verification

Add a custom DNS CNAME record (e.g. track.yourbrand.co.uk). SiSender performs an automated DNS handshake to verify SSL certificates and routing.

Step 03

Mailbox & Lead Assignment

Assign specific sending accounts and prospect lists exclusively to that brand. Mailboxes assigned to Brand A never touch leads or campaigns belonging to Brand B.

Step 04

Priority Dispatching

When multiple campaigns compete for shared worker slots, the background queue weights outbound dispatch by brand priority scores (High, Normal, Low).
